Hypnosis... magic ?

Hypnosis is a proven therapeutic technique, yet it remains poorly understood by the general public.

WHAT IS “BEING IN HYPNOSIS”?
It is a totally natural state and we experience it every day. It is a capacity that we all have, within us, to make our brain work differently in order to cure ourselves.

During the session, the therapist guides the client to reach the hypnotic state, to the desired depth. This state allows great changes, even in the structure of the brain. Everyone can reach the hypnotic state, more or less quickly. No one can control us in the hypnotic state, in fact, it is up to us. At any time, we can come out of this state.

Hypnosis has no negative side effects and is not dangerous. However, it is recommended that you choose your therapist carefully.

I HAVE A LOT OF WILLPOWER, BUT I CAN’T CHANGE. I HAVE UNDERSTOOD WHERE THE PROBLEM COMES FROM, BUT IT HASN’T GONE AWAY. I FEEL BLOCKED. CAN HYPNOSIS HELP ME?

The will to change remains in the conscious part of our mind. And we have all experienced it, at some point, this will weakens and our “old habits” take over. Just as understanding the reason(s) for the problem is not always enough to get better.

Hypnotherapy aims globally, according to the needs, to awaken our resources, reharmonize our inner balance (in order to be in phase with ourselves), activate our self-healing capacities, regain control over our life and secure ourselves from within (thus banishing the fear of abandonment and insecurity).

Hypnosis sessions are indicated for many problems, here are some of them, which concern in particular the food and the body:
Eating disorders and related (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, snacking and compulsive eating, cognitive restriction); Regaining one’s healthy weight without dieting; Accepting one’s weight and body shape; Improving one’s relationship to food and body; Stopping sugar or junk food addiction; Eliminating obsessions; Regaining control; Identifying and respecting one’s food sensations; Rediscover the pleasure of eating; Reduce all types of digestive disorders; Improve your lifestyle (diet, hydration, physical activity, sleep); Increase your self-confidence, self-esteem, self-love (personal development) and your relationships with others; Improve stress management and deal with depression and anxiety, etc…
